in 6 second increments for connected calls only.

- The default billing option is paperless billing
however we can send you a paper bill for an
extra $1.95 billing fee per month.

Employer Identification Number (EIN). This information
will only be used to conduct a credit inquiry. This inquiry
is a soft inquiry and in most cases does not show up on

provide this information to any other party, nor will
it be used for any other purpose.

month plan requires a 1 year commitment. If you cancel prior
